imageCres Cor worked closely with the Wynn Las Vegas to ensure smooth procurement of mobile banquet carts, cooking and holding ovens and utility racks.

After this process we made recommendations and upgrades based on an analysis of production and capacity. By listening to the Wynn team and matching their needs with the appropriate equipment,they embraced our proposal. We also tailored some equipment to their specific needs as well.

One specific custom alteration Cres Cor did for the Wynn was to take a mobile insulated banquet cabinet and outfit it to hold eight freezer plates. According to Barta, this custom change lets the chef take the cabinet down to 40° in 40 minutes and hold it for 2-1/2 hours, giving him greater flexibility in banquets

Additionally, the Wynn took advantage of a vast supply of mobile banquet cabinets, Queen Mary’s, utility racks, and hot cabinets.
